This mixed-use development project was inspired by the dynamic juxtaposition of two distinct elements harmoniously integrated into a vibrant facade. The design ethos sought to respond sensitively to the environment while offering a visual narrative that resonates with sophistication and functionality.
The facade was a canvas for creative fusion, blending contrasting yet complementary architectural styles and materials. From sleek modern elements to nods toward timeless traditional aesthetics, the design evoked a harmonious dialogue between the two parts, resulting in an inviting and visually striking exterior.
The interior was conceived with meticulous attention to the quality of finishes and materials. Luxury was woven into every aspect, from opulent flooring to bespoke fixtures, elevating the interiors to exude a refined elegance that mirrors the Client’s ethos.
